Equipment Rental
Jerseys and or game socks (for Mites and Squirts only) will be handed out prior to team photos
and/or the 1st game.
Jerseys and socks are for games only.
One pair of game socks will be provided free of charge. Additional pairs can be purchased from
the Equipment Manger for $25.
A game sock order form will be sent out to parent/guardians, pr prior to team photos and/or the
1st game. It is the responsibility of parent/guardians to pick the correct size of socks.
Equipment return will be at the end of the season, date and time to be set by the Equipment
Manager.
Failure to return the equipment within 7 days, will result in the rental check being cashed.
The Equipment Manager will make 2 attempts to contact the parent/guardian to set up an
alternate equipment return.
Jerseys will be collected at the final practice/parent kid game. Jerseys are due on equipment
turn in day. Failure to return jerseys within 7 days, will result in a $100 fee (pulled from
deposit check and or an invoice sent to parent/guardian.
Failure to return a jersey at the end of the season, will result in the player being prohibited to
play in games/tournaments, in the following season, until the original jersey is returned. If the
player moves up a level, the previous jersey needs to be returned, prior to the current season’s
jersey being handed out.
